In 2017 the NMF delivered the Brilliant Careers Leadership Program inspiring women to develop their leadership skills. Women from all sections of the industry participated including exhibition, distribution, broadcast, post-production, production and cultural agencies.
The program comprised a one day conference in February 2017 at RMIT University and was followed by networking dinners in each state and territory and a Mentor Program delivered nationally.
