As a writer, Alison has covered the full spectrum from film to TV, drama to documentary and series to serials. What’s refreshing is that Alison delivers elder stateswoman wisdom with straight-talking accuracy.
Drawing on classic Australian serials such as Home & Away, Neighbours, The Sullivansand Prisoner, this session will take an in-depth look at the defining ingredients of a television serial; look at how they are distinguished from television series with valuable insights into how to go about writing them.
